US domestic shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
International shipping
At this time, Magick Wick does not offer international shipping. We’re a small-batch brand and are focusing on delivering the best possible experience within the U.S. first. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Return Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
30 Days to Return
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Please note:
Candles must be unburned and unused
Crystals must be unused and in original condition
Sale items and gift cards are final sale
We do not accept returns on items showing signs of use
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
For exchanges, please contact us before sending your item back so we can assist with availability.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
